• Signup using your own unique email and password. You may also signup using your Google or Facebook accounts
• Login and include your Doctors in your My Circles. If you can’t find your personal doctor, you may either choose one from our empanelled doctors (they are all highly qualified and verified), or you may refer your doctor to us, so that we can reach out and partner with him/her
• Check your doctor’s calendar from within your app for his or her availability and book an appointment for a private one-to-one virtual consultation
• Make the payment for your appointment securely using your bank account, your credit card, debit card or a payment wallet. Through our Payment Gateway, you can securely pay through any of 50+ banks, 15+ payment wallets, credit/debit cards or UPI.
• Take a photo of, or choose, and upload any of your health records (old prescriptions, lab test reports etc.) at the time of making the appointment booking, and be able to access them from anywhere at any time
• Consult with your doctor either at their clinic/hospital or online over audio/video conferencing, conveniently from your home or office.
• Receive details of the consultation summary and prescription given the doctor on your app
• If you would like to consult a doctor for a second opinion, you can look for the doctor for your ailment and schedule an appointment with him or her for a video consultation
• You may also book other services, such as a health checkup from one of our partnering diagnostic labs, or home healthcare services (home nursing / home patient care) through one of our distinguished partners in that area
